If you’re struggling to get smooth sides on your cakes, and want to get in on the secret of sharp edges then here is the class for you!
You will decorate and take home a two-tier cake (as shown), covering the following skills:
Make and use chocolate ganache to create a base for your sharp edges
Cover a real cake, a 6″ dummy tier and a board with sugar paste
Use royal icing to stack 2 tiers
Add finishing touches with ribbon
