Their reputation for being tricky to make is well-earned, but at Joanna Rose Cakes we can take you through the process step-by-step, from making a glossy Italian meringue, piping perfect macaron rounds, and filling them with delicious ganaches.
You’ll get to take home at least a dozen macarons in at least 3 different flavours.
